At BROLL GHANA LIMITED, I partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring, and HR support for approximately 180 employees. I manage recruitment across approximately 13–20 vacancies, from advertising and sourcing through assessment and selection.
I also develop and maintain job descriptions, guide performance target-setting and evaluation, and design learning initiatives based on training needs and business priorities.
As Human Resources Officer at BROLL GHANA LIMITED, I managed employee records, HR reporting, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and performance management. I also coordinated training programmes and employee engagement activities.
