I’m looking for a role where I can own payment and API integrations end-to-end—partnering with engineering and merchants, driving UAT and process improvements, and using SQL/Python dashboards to reduce failures and improve merchant outcomes.

I’m a Technical Business Analyst and Product Owner with 5+ years of experience supporting payment systems, merchant integrations, and transaction processing environments. I focus on troubleshooting payment issues, supporting API integrations, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve production incidents.

I’ve worked as a technical liaison between merchants and engineering teams, translating business requirements into effective system solutions. I coordinate product rollouts, lead pilot testing and stakeholder training, and ensure onboarding and ongoing support while maintaining PCI-DSS compliance.

I bring a strong foundation in payment flows—authorization, capture, settlement—along with APIs and system diagnostics. I lead root cause analysis, monitor system performance using dashboards, and deliver reliable outcomes for merchants through disciplined UAT and Agile/Scrum execution.
