I’m an early-career Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and HR administration. I focus on full-cycle recruitment—from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.

In my current role as an HR Recruiter at GetHired Digital, I manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures and a seamless hiring process. I leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and Torre AI to attract and engage talent across India, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Africa, and the Philippines.

I also strengthen hiring quality through compliance and process discipline. I issue offer letters, conduct pre-joining follow-ups, coordinate NDA execution and employment documentation, and collect/verify government-issued IDs and employment documents for record keeping.

Previously, as an Entrepreneur in Residence – HR at Tipweb Anne Limited, I supported recruitment for real estate-focused hiring initiatives by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for entry-level and mid-level roles. I’m committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience while enabling efficient, scalable HR processes.
