Before that, I worked as a Phone, Chat & Email Specialist at Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd. From 2020–2023, I handled chat, phone, and email communications, resolved issues promptly, and supported escalations while maintaining service quality.

I’m also building my capability through certifications, including Introduction of Six Sigma, Microsoft PowerPoint certification, and Microsoft x Upgrad GenAI Foundation Program. I complement this with email marketing certification—covering audience segmentation and performance tracking—along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
