At Access Bank, I handle high-volume customer interactions, banking transactions, CRM documentation, complaint resolution, and product education that supports branch targets.

Previously at Leadway Assurance HMO, I coordinated end-to-end case management for a team supporting over 200,000 customers, processing health authorisations and guiding patients through clinical information and care coordination.

My background also includes veterinary and livestock support at Euphoria Agro-Veterinary Services and Aiyetodo Poultry Estate, alongside editorial work for Animalia Digest. I bring organised administration, accurate records, customer empathy, and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, and live-chat tools to every role.
