Through my project on customer satisfaction towards general insurance (with special reference to Coimbatore city), I conducted research, analyzed factors influencing insurance services, and collected and interpreted data for actionable insights. I also strengthen my toolkit with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), certifications including Introduction of MS-Excel, NPTEL Design Thinking & Brand Management, MSME-GST Practitioner, and GREAT LEARNING ChatGPT for Beginners.
