I’m a Process Associate focused on insurance operations where accuracy and clear communication matter. I seek a challenging position where I can use my talents and skills to grow and expand an organization as well as myself.

At Capgemini (Process Associate, September 2023 - March 2024), I analyzed customers’ accounts, requested additional information as needed, and reviewed details against eligibility criteria. I also issued insurance policy by checking terms and conditions, and ensured transactions were completed according to standard work and SOP.

Currently, I work in the Eos Globe in HDFC insurance process, renewing, used, and rollover health insurance policies. I handle training tasks related to analyzing customers’ record accounts and support bulk case processing using multiple systems.

I’m adaptive to changes and accept challenges as opportunities, with a strong commitment to audit/validate results and resolve inconsistencies. I was recognized as the Best Employee for three consecutive months, demonstrating consistent dedication and exceptional performance.
