I handled and corrected customer data, created invoices and quotes, provided certification services, and resolved customer queries with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution.

I hold a B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship) and am pursuing an MBA in Finance & HR, and completed an internship project performing in-depth ratio analysis and financial statement evaluation to assess profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency. These experiences strengthened my financial-data interpretation and analytical decision-making skills.
