At Roche Pharma, I manage Salesforce/OCE data administration for the Portuguese affiliate, supporting more than 120 users across integrated systems. I configure territories, roles, profiles, and permissions; build reports and dashboards; and maintain HCP/HCO data quality, classification, and compliance.
I've also delivered first- and second-line support for 300+ Roche Pharma, Diagnostics, and Diabetes users, as well as support for SaphetyGOV, iOS users at Sellbytel Group, and residential security operations at Prosegur. My work combines hands-on technical support, ticket management, data governance, and customer-focused service in regulated environments.
