At JWX, I owned the Salesforce workstream for the Connatix and JW Player org merger. I mapped and migrated Connatix metadata, redesigned the Account object for the combined go-to-market model, and helped move 200+ users onto one org with no downtime or data loss.
At Connatix, I was the sole Salesforce administrator for 150 users, taking requests from intake through release. I built connected revenue processes from campaign and lead qualification through pipeline, customer lifecycle, and churn, helping teams see the full funnel in shared dashboards.
I also implemented contract lifecycle processes with DocuSign at Connatix and a Malbek REST API integration for a Logicloud client. These workflows brought contract creation, approvals, signatures, and reporting into Salesforce.
At JWX and across client implementations at Logicloud, I’ve worked on Salesforce security, automation, integrations, and releases. I use Apex, Flow, and metadata deployment in my work, and bring Claude and Agentforce into my development and documentation workflow.
