What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate remote role where I can manage customer support, CRM, help desk, or operations workflows, resolve issues efficiently, meet service standards, and contribute to customer retention.

I've supported customers for IBM, Ebng Ventures, and British Council Nigeria across high-volume phone, email, live chat, and examination operations. At IBM, I handled 50–60 inbound contacts daily, documented interactions in HubSpot and GoHighLevel, and helped inform two workflow improvements that reduced repeat contact rates.

I resolve technical queries, complaints, escalations, cancellations, and refund requests with structured triage, de-escalation, and SLA-focused support. My work has included strengthening retention, improving first-contact resolution, maintaining accurate CRM records, and protecting customer confidence in time-sensitive environments.
