glenn hergenhahn
@glennhergenhahn
I lead nonprofit arts organizations, expanding programs, partnerships, revenue, and community participation.
What I'm looking for
I've led Sylvia Center for the Arts and iDiOM Theater through growth, building collaborative systems for programming, scheduling, communication, and operations. At Sylvia Center, I expanded educational programming and community partnerships, increasing participation and earned revenue.
I bring more than twenty years of nonprofit leadership across staff coaching, board relations, strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, grant management, and organizational development. I founded and scaled iDiOM Theater, positioning it as a nationally recognized producer of new theatrical work.
I've also taught dramatic writing at Western Washington University, directed student productions with Atlantic Theatre, and developed community-based education in Guatemala. I create arts and learning environments where accountability, creativity, service, and community participation reinforce one another.
