Grew the annual operating budget from $450,000 to $2.1 million and increased staff from 2.5 to 11 FTE, while overseeing housing acquisition and development that added 38 low-income units.

Managed production operations and development leadership at a small professional theatre company during its transition from community to small professional theatre. Directed a $1M capital campaign and oversaw marketing, development, production operations, and donor relations.
