What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my process governance, SOP development, compliance support and HR operations experience to improve workflows, strengthen controls and deliver measurable service improvements.

At QI Group, I lead the creation, approval, publication and maintenance of SOPs, policies, templates and process guidelines across departments and countries. I authored and published 71 SOPs and four policies, helping teams improve governance, audit readiness and execution.

My process work has delivered measurable results: I reduced KYC case resolution from 48 to 24 hours, product pickup handling from seven days to 1.5 days, and marketing request resolution from 13.2 to 10.3 days.

Before QI Group, I supported regional HR shared services at Electrolux and British American Tobacco across APAC and MEA, covering learning, talent operations, employee administration, LMS activities and HR data. I bring practical experience in stakeholder coordination, controlled documentation, SAP SuccessFactors, SharePoint, compliance support and training rollout.
