I combine biological knowledge with platform expertise to unblock complex cases, troubleshoot APIs, and improve product quality through Jira tickets, QA testing, bug identification, and user feedback. I've also used Claude and other AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamline day-to-day data work.
Previously at Héritas, I curated genetic variants and interpreted gene–disease associations from NGS and SNP array data.
