I am seeking a senior operations role where I can lead cross-functional teams, manage branch or property operations, drive revenue through marketing and business development, and grow within a collaborative, results-driven organization.

I am an operations and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience across insurance, media, events, and facilities management. I have led branch and country-level operations, managed large teams, and driven revenue through sales, marketing and client partnerships.

My background includes frontline customer service, underwriting and business development in insurance, followed by roles leading promotional campaigns, large-scale events, and advertising operations. I have experience coordinating suppliers, agencies and technical partners to deliver integrated campaigns.

As an operations manager I handled finance administration, HR, payroll for island-wide activation teams, and reported to executive management while ensuring compliance with statutory and audit requirements. I’ve also managed property operations, maintenance coordination and vendor relationships for residential assets.

I am results-oriented, comfortable under pressure, and skilled at bridging strategy and execution. I bring hands-on leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a track record of sustaining service standards while growing business opportunities.
