I’m an Operations Manager with progressive leadership in branch and healthcare administration, with 8+ years managing day-to-day operations that protect service quality and patient outcomes. At Royal Nursing Home, I handled daily operations, ensured timely and high-quality patient care, and supervised nursing and support staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
I coordinate care plans with healthcare professionals, monitor patient outcomes, and strengthen systems through operational policies, procedures, and quality standards. I also manage budgeting, resource allocation, and health-and-safety compliance, address client concerns to maintain trust, and use operational performance analysis to implement improvements that optimize service.
