Currently, the Head of Product at Paga, leading a team of 4 PMs and 2 Product Designers, and 3 Project Managers who work with 45+ engineers and 100+ operations staff.

My teams have launched most of Paga’s most successful products in the past 4 years, including B2C iOS & Android apps, B2B Platform as a Service products, B2B Merchant Web & Android applications, and hardware. These products have led the company to over 340% growth in Revenue and over 300% growth in user accounts.

In November 2019, I led the relaunch of our B2C app. The new iOS and Android apps have driven user growth of 200% and Revenue growth of over 460% since the relaunch.

Directly led and managed our Identity Products across all products to ensure compliance with KYC and KYB across all businesses. It was imperative to enforce stricter KYC controls than regulation to reduce fraud and drive higher retaining customers. Since launch in March 2023, we’ve reduced fraud in the system by over 30% in 6 months, reduced manual verification requirements for account photos by 98%, and 40% in identity documentation reviews.
