What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow strategic SaaS accounts by improving customer adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. I value cross-functional work, data-driven decision-making, and opportunities to translate technology and AI into measurable business value for clients.

At See Tree Brasil, I managed 10+ strategic SaaS accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and QBRs to renewals and expansion opportunities.

I built customer health-score tracking to identify risk early, partnered with Product, Engineering, and Sales on roadmap feedback, and translated product metrics into business value for key stakeholders. My work focused on improving adoption, reducing churn, and securing renewals in remote, international environments.

Previously at Turing, I evaluated LLM outputs, built KPI dashboards for global AI projects, and connected business and technical stakeholders. I also build practical PWAs with JavaScript, HTML, Firebase, and Supabase to replace manual operational workflows.
