At Cognizant Netcentric, I recruited 400+ people across Engineering, IT, and business roles, and helped scale the company from 150 people to 800+ across 12+ countries.

I partnered with Engineering community leaders and the CTO to forecast talent needs and shape hiring strategies. I also led and coached a Talent Acquisition team of up to 12 across Spain, Romania, and Germany.

I introduced structured scorecards and assessment processes, and led the migration from SmartRecruiters to Manatal. I also applied AI and automation to staff planning and recruitment, including Metaview interview notes and automated active search.

Earlier, at Amaris, I recruited for worldwide manager positions and corporate functions, and trained junior recruitment officers. I also co-founded Senigallia Footvolley and worked in international relations at Newman University Birmingham.
