What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in Virtual Assistance, AI Training, Content Operations, or Customer Support where I can apply my digital skills and continue to grow professionally. I prefer work aligned with Vietnam time and roles without regular overnight shifts.

In my current Personal Assistant – Content Support role, I use ChatGPT, Claude, and Muse to support content workflows and assigned tasks. I also assist with video editing and visual design, and review videos to identify edits, text overlays, and B-roll requirements.

I support content scheduling for TikTok, Instagram, and Threads, and track tasks and report progress. In previous roles, I responded to online customer inquiries, assisted with orders and follow-up, and supported tour customers at Hoang Viet Travel.
