I’m a motivated professional transitioning into the AI industry with a focus on data annotation, AI model evaluation, and language-based AI training tasks. I bring a natural ability to assess language quality, identify nuance, and provide structured feedback—core skills for training and evaluating large language models. I’m actively upskilling in AI tools and workflows to contribute quickly and accurately.

As an English Language Trainer & Online Teacher (2023–Present), I designed and delivered structured English programmes for adults and professionals across multiple countries. I evaluated written and spoken language output, providing detailed corrective feedback that’s directly transferable to AI language model evaluation. I adapted my communication style to diverse cultural backgrounds, learning levels, and objectives, while maintaining high student retention using results-focused, data-informed coaching methods.

In parallel, I work as a People Development Coach (2023–Present), managing end-to-end client workflows including onboarding, scheduling, progress tracking, and performance review. I design personalised development programmes based on individual goals and apply structured feedback frameworks and incremental improvement systems—analogous to AI training feedback loops. I also work with international clients entirely in English across multiple time zones.

Today, I’m building hands-on technical capability for the role: daily use of Claude and ChatGPT, Git basics and Git/GitHub version control fundamentals, data annotation principles and AI training methodologies, and foundational Python learning for AI and automation workflows. With TEFL certification and strong attention to detail, structured thinking, adaptability, and deadline management, I’m ready for remote data annotation, AI training, and language evaluation work.
