I am a detail-oriented French Studies student with strong multilingual skills in Vietnamese, English, and French, seeking an internship or entry-level position as a Tour Operator Assistant. I bring experience in customer service, sales support, tutoring, and strong competency with Office tools, online reporting systems, and time/task management.

My work history includes roles as a Sales Assistant where I handled inventory, payments and bookings, and as a Tutor providing clear communication and follow-through. I won Second prize in the HCMUE Scientific Research Vietnamese Students 2023 and I am committed to supporting booking services, liaising with suppliers, and creating memorable travel experiences for clients.
