In my current role as Manager of Operations at Shahid Trading Co., I oversee cement exports to Afghanistan, directing operations for six major Pakistani cement brands. My efforts have resulted in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with Afghan distributors, securing over 15 long-term contracts. Additionally, I have successfully spearheaded the entry of more than three cement brands into key Afghan cities, showcasing my ability to expand market presence and drive growth.
