What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote People Operations or HR role where I can support onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, compliance, and employee experience across a collaborative team.

I've supported People Operations at Gainwell Technologies, managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, confidential employee records, benefits administration, and HR compliance documentation.

Previously, I led full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles and managed 30–40 concurrent requisitions for federal and disaster-recovery initiatives at IEM, delivering 60 hires against a goal of 30.
