At Cosmopolitan Projects, I managed multi-client pipelines from first contact through close, scheduled property tours and follow-up calls, and used consultative conversations to move prospects into booked appointments and closed deals. I was promoted from Sales Administrative Support into a client-facing, quota-driven Real Estate Sales Agent role after building a strong CRM and appointment-setting foundation.

In my current Real Estate Administrator role, I coordinate meetings, presentations, and calls for the sales team; screen inbound enquiries; and maintain accurate Bitrix24 records for contracts, proposals, and client interactions.

I bring professional phone and written communication, objection handling, and reliable follow-through to fast-paced sales environments. I also use AI tools including ChatGPT and Gemini to improve outreach efficiency and prospecting accuracy.
