What I'm looking for
I’m an Engagement and Program Manager who steps in where there’s no structure yet—building the coordination layer between client leadership, vendor teams, and specialists. I bring calm and order to high-stakes, ambiguous programs by creating diagnostics, delivery plans, and board-ready documentation that decisions can be made from.
Over ten years, I’ve run complex, multi-vendor client engagements end to end, totaling $1.8M USD in contracted value across banking, mining, telecom, and consumer goods. I’ve led delivery across Mexico, Chile, Colombia, the US, and Spain, spanning named programs including Banorte and Natura/Avon.
My work increasingly centers on AI and data programs on cloud platforms like Google Cloud and BigQuery. I coordinate specialists and global vendors to deliver change-adoption support and executive-ready governance, with a strong focus on risk and issue management to keep timelines and scope aligned.
Most recently at SIGH, I run full-lifecycle engagements across a multi-sector holding company, from scoping and vendor onboarding through final executive delivery. I also managed media and vendor operations at TELMEX, improving vendor onboarding speed and building director-level reporting from daily dashboards to quarterly analysis.
