I’m a Senior Program and Operations Leader with 15+ years delivering enterprise-scale transformation, PMO, Product Operations, and Marketing Technology initiatives across global technology organizations. At Expedia Group, I led strategic global Marketing Technology programs across multiple brands, delivering €2.2M in operational savings through vendor consolidation, contract renegotiation, and process optimization. I also directed end-to-end Go-to-Market delivery of a new product offering within a compressed 3-month timeline, coordinating Engineering, Product, UX, Sales, Legal, and external partners.
I focus on turning complex operations into scalable systems—like redesigning enterprise RFP governance workflows to cut turnaround time from 8 months to 6 weeks while improving stakeholder alignment. I established experimentation and Test & Learn operating models, implemented scalable program processes, and improved prioritization and execution by moving teams to tools like Jira.
