What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can design learning that drives change—pairing agile facilitation with AI-enabled learning design. I want to lead high-performing teams, shape strategy with stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact.

I’m a Learning & Development leader with 10 years of experience designing and leading educational and change management programmes for over 10,000 students and executives worldwide. I specialize in Scandinavian “learning by doing” pedagogy, agile methodologies, and transformational leadership—turning complex needs into learning that people can apply immediately.

Across my client work in transport, energy, and insurance, I’ve built bespoke curriculum & experience design while managing multinational stakeholders and high-performing teams. I also integrate AI into learning experience design and delivery, including a contribution to a record-time €7M tender, and I’ve created learning programmes that reached 100+ L&D professionals and achieved an NPS of 9.5.

Most recently, I’m leading organisational design work for senior leadership teams, presenting directly to the CEO, while continuing to run remote and hybrid facilitation with teams from different contexts. My ethos is simple: combine design thinking, strong facilitation, and stakeholder clarity to deliver measurable learning outcomes and sustainable organisational momentum.
