I’m looking to build and improve high-quality software with a user-centered mindset—combining Android development, QA testing, client support, and UI/UX. I want a team where clear documentation, testing discipline, and strong communication matter.

I’m a diligent, versatile Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience spanning Android application development, client success and QA, UI/UX design, web development, and digital literacy training. I’m detail-oriented and focused on accuracy—especially when handling surveys, structured data, testing records, and documentation.

At HQZen, I served as the main liaison between clients and the product team. I performed cross-platform QA testing on Android applications and Windows & Linux environments, documented and tracked bugs, feedback, and test cases, and led client onboarding and support initiatives to keep software quality high.

As a freelance developer and trainer, I deliver UI/UX design and development for Android apps and websites, and I provide digital literacy training under UCC initiatives. I’ve built apps including Rada Wallet, SSCBTFS, and Emaisha Cooperative App, and supported web development for sites such as creatabuzz.com and excelsishotels.com.

Previously at eMaisha Pay (formerly Cabral Tech), I developed mobile apps (Crop Manager, Livestock Manager, eMaisha Pay), handled software upgrades and bug fixes, and supported API testing, documentation, and design. I started with an internship in software development and technical support, which sharpened my problem-solving and communication.
