What I'm looking for
I’m a Software QA professional with a background in software engineering, bringing hands-on experience in manual testing, defect tracking, and client issue resolution. I work with a strong understanding of STLC and SDLC, and I focus on turning client-reported problems into clear, reproducible evidence that leads to fixes.
In my full-time role at CX-QA (HQZen), I investigate issues, document steps to reproduce, design and execute test plans, and validate system functionality while collaborating with developers and product teams to improve system quality. Earlier, as a Junior PHP Developer and System Administrator, I built and maintained web platforms and supported troubleshooting and security—experience I bring into QA to reduce friction for both stakeholders and end users.
