I guide taxpayers toward resolution through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, payment processing, account reviews, and accurate case documentation.

Previously, I protected people and assets with Titan Security Group at high-traffic Chicago locations including Millennium Park, Maggie Daley Park, and the Chicago Yacht Club. I conducted patrols, monitored CCTV, responded to incidents and emergencies, and documented events with sound judgment.

My retail management, customer service, and personal assistant experience strengthened my ability to train teams, manage operations, resolve concerns, and coordinate confidential work. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, CPR and First Aid certified, and licensed with a valid Illinois Guard Card.
