At DebtForge, I lead go-to-market marketing and creative production for a fintech platform's paid social launch across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. I turn audience research into positioning, ad concepts, video scripts, testing plans, and organised campaign handoff documentation.

I've also built DebtForge's visual identity system and directed an AI content-generation pipeline, writing detailed briefs, resolving integration issues, and refining prompts for accurate creative output. My work considers financial-services compliance throughout campaign planning and segmentation.

Before fintech marketing, I managed customer accounts at Everyday Loans for more than seven years, handling loan applications, credit evaluations, client interviews, and FCA-compliant financial guidance. I was one of a small number of staff in Wales certified to complete E-sign loans, while mentoring new colleagues and building lasting client relationships.

I'm comfortable working remotely and independently across customer support, administration, data entry, project coordination, and documentation.
