At Co-operators, I lead enterprise transformation engagements that shape strategy, workforce planning, and organizational change alongside executives and senior leaders.
I take complex challenges from discovery and research through stakeholder alignment, business cases, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps. My work applies human-centred design, systems thinking, and executive facilitation to create measurable business outcomes.
I’ve led initiatives including the Talent Hub and Future Workforce Strategy, Underwriting Transformation, and Farm Defender’s 2030 strategic roadmap. I also own and evolve the Enterprise Innovation practice, including its methodologies, facilitation frameworks, and toolkits.
Before Co-operators, I was promoted twice within MaRS Discovery District’s Solutions Lab, where I worked with governments, corporations, non-profits, and communities to develop bold solutions through research, ethnographic study, and co-creation.
