I lead digital transformation and technology-driven development programs, most recently shaping a 2025–2028 roadmap at Meeting Point (Dunkin Lebanon) to move legacy systems toward an AI-driven enterprise.
During 10 years with DAI’s USAID-funded WSC project, I led digital development, technology integration, IT operations, donor-compliant program delivery, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM deployments. I also helped establish resilient infrastructure, including the first active disaster recovery site for the Bekaa Water Establishment in collaboration with UNICEF.
As an independent international development consultant and founder of TechnoTouch, I help organizations strengthen program delivery, governance, business continuity, digital literacy, and ICT4D adoption through AI, automation, and practical capacity building.
