Led enterprise systems architecture, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across the organization. Designed and implemented HRIS, student information systems, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and internal business applications with integrations.

Served as a technology lead working remotely with executive management to design and implement HR systems and HR analytics capabilities. Built HRIS/ERP-related solutions and delivered executive dashboards and workflow/digital transformation support for remote operations.

Led and managed an IT team supporting the university and medical center, including enterprise healthcare systems deployment. Coordinated IT operations, infrastructure, support services, and ensured system integrity, security, and backup/disaster recovery.

Administered and maintained company servers, systems, and network infrastructure. Provided troubleshooting, performed updates and patch management, and supported security improvements and backup procedures.

Managed routing protocols and network infrastructure, designing scalable network solutions and resolving connectivity issues. Implemented network security and monitoring tools to maintain performance and reliability.

Developed small business applications for accounting, inventory, reservation, and incident logging. Designed databases and built applications using SQL and .NET, including automated reporting and data processing.

Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computing through Arab Open University, listed as 2002 to 2026.

Earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the American University of Beirut from 2018 to 2020.
