I’m looking for a Director of Operations role where I can drive operational excellence, strengthen EHS, automate workflows, and use data-driven decisions to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and develop high-performing teams.

I lead operational excellence by connecting strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to measurable results. At DENTSPLYsIRONA, I directed maintenance and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) for an 80K square foot manufacturing facility, including an ISO class 8 cleanroom assembly area—delivering 0 downtime and 5+ years without a single OSHA reportable injury.

I improve throughput through disciplined root cause analysis (RCA), preventive maintenance, and strong SOP management, while modernizing operations with automation BOTS across manufacturing and warehouse processes.
