What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-focused operations teams where I can strengthen compliance, improve processes through data and automation, develop emerging leaders, and partner cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges.

At Olympus America, I led asset orders, retrieval, and inventory operations supporting more than 900 sales and marketing personnel. I built and developed operational teams, improved asset tracking through Salesforce automation, and used data to address compliance incidents, capacity shortages, and service-quality gaps.

I recovered more than $6M in previously unaccounted equipment during a high-visibility Asset Remediation Initiative, while establishing retrieval SLAs, audit workflows, escalation pathways, and stronger controls. I bring 20+ years of experience building customer-focused teams and partnering across compliance, security, logistics, supply chain, IT, and leadership to turn operational insights into action.
