I seek leadership roles where I can design and deliver technology-driven education programs, lead cross-functional teams, and manage projects that scale student impact and institutional growth.

I am an educational technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience founding and managing academies and companies across Cyprus and Lebanon. I combine strategic leadership, curriculum design, and hands-on instruction to deliver high-quality STEM, media, and AV education.

As Manager & Instructor at IAAT and owner of KAROFU and UBuild Properties Limited, I lead teams, manage budgets, design internationally recognized curricula, and represent organizations at global exhibitions such as BETT. I have a proven record in project management, client relations, and implementing technology-driven learning programs.

My background as a developer and analyst (PL/SQL, Oracle, web technologies) complements my instructional work, enabling me to design practical, tech-forward courses and oversee technical projects in acoustics and AV. I am passionate about empowering students with future-career skills in robotics, AI tools, music production, and multimedia.
