What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop and deliver effective adult-learning programs, improve curriculum and training outcomes, and support mission-ready organizations through operational planning, learner assessment, and continuous improvement.

I'm currently developing and delivering OPSEC Level II and III training for the Army Operations Security Element at Fort Leavenworth. I replaced outdated courseware with nine approved lesson plans, certified 45 Level III personnel, and led six mobile training teams that certified 227 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors.

Across Army medical, training, and veterinary organizations, I've led operations, instructional programs, readiness initiatives, and SHARP prevention efforts. I've managed training for organizations supporting thousands of Soldiers and beneficiaries, improved readiness from 89% to 94%, supported major events including the Army Best Medic Competition, and bring a background in psychology, adult education, resilience training, and curriculum development.
