Leadership development and organizational effectiveness leader—building better managers and executing change.
What I'm looking for
I’m a leadership development and organizational effectiveness leader who helps organizations build better managers, navigate change, and translate business strategy into practical action.
I partner with leaders to strengthen capability, improve team effectiveness, and create clarity in complex environments—combining coaching, organizational insight, and pragmatic problem-solving to help people and organizations perform at their best.
Most recently, I designed and facilitated enterprise leadership initiatives supporting workforces of up to 17,000 employees, strengthening manager capability, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership readiness. I also advanced succession planning and talent review practices, and designed and implemented AI agents to accelerate leadership development and strategic communications while keeping human oversight and quality.
Earlier, as an Organizational Development Manager, I transformed Learning & Development into a consultative business partner model and launched an enterprise Learning Center of Excellence. I created and delivered 18 leadership programs, scaled coaching to Win for about 400 leaders, supported a virtual transition that increased learning reach by 33%, and introduced Agile (Scrum) and Kanban ways of working to improve transparency and cross-functional collaboration.
