I've supported U.S. Army Special Operations Command by coordinating daily operations, training, readiness, personnel, and administrative requirements for more than 200 personnel in a high-tempo environment.

I manage high-volume taskings, synchronize work across staff sections, and give senior leaders clear briefings, readiness updates, and decision-support information. I coordinated operational activities across seven countries and maintained visibility through completion on more than 300 organizational requirements.

Across 20 years of Army service as a Sergeant First Class, I've built SOPs, accountability systems, inspection standards, and corrective-action processes that strengthen compliance and mission readiness. My work improved equipment readiness from approximately 60% to 85% and contributed to a 40% improvement in battalion readiness.

I've also led CBRN readiness programs, training, inspections, and accountability for approximately 2,400 sets of protective equipment. I bring an active SECRET clearance, USASOC experience, and a Bachelor of Business Management to operations, training, and readiness-focused work.
