At cinch, I manage analytically driven end-to-end recruitment while coordinating hiring-manager diaries, interviews, events, sourcing budgets, and supplier relationships. I also coach managers, run unconscious-bias and development workshops, and redesign policies and procedures.

Previously, I recruited across healthcare, construction, rail, automotive, retail, and financial services, filling senior and volume roles while building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, colleges, and training providers. I've managed recruitment campaigns, compliance documentation, advertising budgets, offers, contracts, reporting, and candidate sourcing.

My Office Manager experience at McCulloch Rail included managing site diaries, travel, meetings, stock, suppliers, timesheets, training, PPE, vehicle and machinery maintenance, and depot recruitment. I enjoy keeping busy office environments organised and ensuring teams have what they need to operate effectively.

I'm now looking to return to a varied Office Manager role where I can use my task management, communication, organisation, schedule, budget, and supplies-management skills.
