What I'm looking for
I’m a remote talent acquisition recruiter with a strong foundation in high-volume data entry, coordination, and customer support. I bring a detail-first mindset, fast learning, and the ability to stay efficient while juggling multiple assignments and projects at once.
In my recruiting roles, I’ve handled full cycle recruiting using iCIMS and supported end-to-end hiring workflows. I use tools like E-Verify and work through I-9 documentation, while scheduling and onboarding candidates with conditional offers, background check authorization, education verification, and direct deposit paperwork. I’ve also contacted and sorted over 300 applicants and coordinated travel communications and deadlines across multiple U.S. states.
Outside of recruiting, I’ve supported resolution and technical service operations by verifying accuracy, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring work completed in the system is ready for billing. As a Resolution Clerk, I checked material on completed service request orders, ensured correct bill codes, and created/reconciled SOR invoices. As a Customer Technical Support Representative, I logged product complaints in a database, escalated urgent issues, protected confidentiality, and completed refund processing through NetSuite when eligible.
I’m equally comfortable in compliance-focused operations, including RMA and refunds work. I’ve created and reconciled RMA files, matched labels/emails/letters to files, pulled dashboard reports to maintain SLA compliance, and sent refund memos to distributors/customers/members. I also bring strong systems experience—from CRM work (Salesforce, Paradox, Shopify, and others) to payroll/help desk support with detailed call and case notes—always aiming for “stellar improvement” in every opportunity I’m given.
