I’m looking for a role where I can design and automate scalable learning content, use learning analytics to prove impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver connected, high-quality training experiences.

I’m a Learning Specialist and content designer who builds clear, engaging learning experiences—from help documentation and tutorials to interactive assessments and microlearning modules. With 10+ years of experience, I use learning design principles and data analytics to improve user knowledge, drive adoption, and support measurable skill development.

In my current role, I design and deliver technical training using tools like Articulate 360 and manage learning through platforms such as Schoology and Blackboard. I’ve created custom quizzes and mock assessments, ran tailored mock interview sessions, and automated workflows (including certificate generation and bulk email) using Python and Power Automate—reducing instructor reporting time by 80%.
