I’m looking to lead change communications and learning adoption for enterprise transformations—especially Workday and LMS/DMS migrations—where I can drive measurable adoption using analytics, culturally sensitive stakeholder messaging, and end-user enablement.

I’m a Change and Communications Specialist with a proven track record of managing enterprise system transitions across multinational organisations. I specialize in reducing resistance to new systems while increasing adoption and engagement through clear, consistent messaging.

In my current role, I lead learning and content interventions for enterprise platform migrations at Expedia Group, supporting 10,000+ global professionals. I develop messaging strategies, coordinate end-user training, facilitate workshops, track adoption metrics, and ensure every communication touchpoint reinforces the same story—from executive updates to hands-on user guides.

Previously at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I managed change communication and system migration programs for government and enterprise clients including CBIC, SBI, FIU, MCA, and the Income Tax Department. I handled crisis communication during disruptions, built pre/migration-day/post-migration content, and used ADKAR methodology to move users from awareness through sustained adoption.
