I’m looking to lead global internal communications and engagement that align leadership and workforces during transformation—building governance, digital channels, and measurable programs that strengthen culture, adoption, and employee connection.

I’m a global communications leader with 13+ years shaping enterprise-wide narrative, leadership communication, and culture transformation across multi-geo organizations. I’m known for translating complex priorities into clear, high-impact frameworks that elevate leadership visibility and support large-scale change.

I’ve defined and led global internal communication strategy for a 90,000+ workforce across 30+ geographies, enabling alignment during transformation initiatives. At Google Operations Center, I designed and drove internal communications and engagement for a 5,700+ employee workforce across India, the Philippines, and the US—partnering with senior leadership to align messaging with business priorities.

I build advocacy and momentum through leadership storytelling and scalable communication systems. I’ve driven employer branding growth on LinkedIn (90K to 155K followers), launched executive communication programs (townhalls, CEO connects), and conceptualized end-to-end leadership summits (225+ senior leaders) that strengthened collaboration and strategic direction.

I also lead large, multi-location execution with strong governance and measurement. From building communication systems from zero—establishing governance frameworks, intranet/platform ecosystems, and enterprise-wide processes—to owning budgets (₹8–10Cr) and delivering high-impact events, I ensure clarity, adoption, and consistent engagement across the organization.
