What I'm looking for
I’m a Consultant delivering client-facing and internal initiatives across learning operations and learning technology. I lead delivery through structured project plans, timelines, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) tracking, governance cadences, and action closure.
I bring hands-on execution across LMS implementations and LXP-enabled experiences, coordinating business and technical stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned. I’ve supported Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) implementation, creating project plans and work trackers, and managing client expectations with early risk/issue escalation and action tracking to closure.
Across my roles, I project-managed eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and onboarding journeys; led instructional design teams; and implemented a new LMS with QA/compliance support for audit checks, testing, and documentation. I also automate repetitive reporting with advanced Excel and macros, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and make recommendations—always with a strong focus on change management and measurable adoption.
