My professional experience includes working in sales and marketing at CariTravel Indonesia, where I researched and analyzed data to identify target audiences, managed social media campaigns, and collaborated with various departments to ensure effective product dissemination. Additionally, I excelled in customer service at Akulaku, where I was recognized as the Best Customer Service Live Chat of the month, showcasing my ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
