I’m an HR graduate with a BMS in Human Resources Management and a strong CGPI of 9.65. I’ve built foundational knowledge across recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR analytics, and I bring a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to every task.
Through a virtual HR job simulation with GE Aerospace (Forage), I applied HR tools to improve HR systems and processes. I also prepared pay-rise and adjustment recommendations for managers using compa-ratios and established pay ranges, while using Lean thinking to streamline processes for better efficiency.
In addition, my business development internship strengthened my ability to communicate, negotiate, and manage follow-ups with clients in a remote setup. I’m now seeking an entry-level HR role where I can apply my analytical skills and contribute to effective HR practices.
